就丙烯配催化剂与白油配催化剂在 Novolen 工艺中的应用情况进行了技术对比.通过研究发现:采用丙烯配催化剂在技术路线上可行,经济上要优于白油配催化剂,主要是由于催化剂单耗得到了降低和节省白油成本.但与白油配催化剂相比,丙烯配催化剂温度波动较大,粉料中的细粉明显上升,有待于进一步的改进.

This paper makes a technical comparison on applied use of Novolen technology between propylene with catalyst and white oil with catalyst. It has been found that the technology of propylene with catalyst is feasible; it is superior that white oil with catalyst in economy for lower loss of catalyst and economized cost of white oil. Comparing with white oil & catalyst, temperature of propylene with catalyst fluctuated quite a bit and the fines in powder rose evidently that we have yet to improve.
