提出了一种基于FPGA的频谱分析仪的设计方案,基于超外差和快速傅里叶变换原理,实现了能显示输入信号频谱图的分析仪.其中本地振荡信号由DDS集成芯片产生,与输入信号通过模拟乘法器进行混频,经过开关电容滤波器滤出下混频信号后由A/D采样器进行数字量化.系统数据处理核心对量化后的数字信号进行快速傅里叶变换,得到相应的频域信息,最后由示波器显示频谱.系统将超外差方式与数字信号处理方式相结合,具有测量速度快、实时性强、频率范围宽、频率分辨率高、精确度高等优点.

A design scheme of spectral analyzer based on FPGA is introduced. The spectrum analyzer which can display spectrogram of the input signal was realized based on the super heterodyne and fast Fourier transform principle. The local oscilla?tion signal is generated by the DDS chip,mixing with the input signal through the analog multiplier. A switch capacitor filter is used to filter out the down?mixed signal,which is sampled by analog digital converter. The core of the system data processor uses the fast Fourier transform to get the corresponding frequency domain information,and display the spectrum on the oscillo?scope. The system uses super heterodyne combined with digital signal processing,which can achieve fast measurement speed, strong real?time performance,wide frequency range,high frequency resolution and high accuracy.
