提出了一款一分三路的超宽带微带功分器,适用于通信频段3.1~10.7 GHz.为增强耦合强度,该功分器采用了叉指型微带三线耦合结构.结果表明,在尺寸接近的情况下,叉指型耦合可以获得更大的带宽.利用电磁仿真软件分析了该功分器性能,并给出了仿真和实物加工图,有效地验证了该设计方法.整个功分器的面积为32.7 mm×30 mm,由于采用表面印刷结构,使得功分器成本低廉、易于批量生产.

A three?way ultra?wideband(UWB)micro?strip power divider suitable for the communication freguency range of 3.1 ~10.7 GHz is proposed. The interdigital micro?strip three?way coupled structure is used to improve the strength of coupling. The results shows that interdigital coupled structure can achieve wider bandwidth than the othe structures whose dimentions are same as the interdigital coupled structure. The performance of the power divider is analyzed with an electromagnetic simulation software. The simulation and process drawings are givin in this paper. The proposed design method of the power divider was veri?fied. The area of the power divider is 32.7 mm×30 mm. The power divider has the advantages of low cost and mass?production due to its printed structure.
