飞行试验遥测数据是对飞行器评估的重要依据.对比分析了传统无线电遥测和回收遥测的两种遥测数据回收方式,详述了固态记录器在遥测数据回收中的优越性和重要性;结合工程实际经验,对高过载下的记录器从防护结构设计、灌封技术两方面进行了分析;对不同的应用条件下的数据传输接口进行了分析,给出了不同接口的控制方式;结合新型飞行器的发展要求,通过分析遥测设备的复杂性,从容量、速率、体积、可靠性等方面展望了遥测数据用固态记录器的发展趋势.

The telemetry data of flight test is an important basis of the assessment for aircraft. An comparative analysis be?tween the traditional radio telemetry and the recovery telemetry is done. The superiority and importance of solid?state recorder in the recovery for the telemetry data are elaborated. Combining with engineering practice,the key technologies of the recorder un?der high overload are analyzed in the design of the protecting structure and potting technology. By analyzing the data transfer in?terface in different application conditions , the control modes of the different interfaces are given. In combination with the developing requirements of new aircrafts,through the analysis of the complexity of the telemetry equipment,the trends of the solid?state recorder for telemetry data in terms of capacity,speed,volume,reliability,etc. are forecasted.
