The composition of management system of portable equipments and the design of key embedded barcode scanning components are introduced in this paper. The implementation of the smoothly communication between the system and the computer platform is elaborated. The equipment application in moving environment in the process of information acquisition,management and decision,and the software implementation on the platform of WinCE 4.2 are described.
