目前的视频监控系统中摄像机一般是固定的,容易造成监控的死区,这种现象在远程教学系统中尤为突出.为此,设计了一套远程可移动视频监控系统.系统依托网络摄像机和一个移动平台设计.移动平台以LPC2103为控制芯片,以BTS7960B为驱动芯片,通过接收串口信号实现控制.介绍了系统的总体设计以及软硬件组成,完成了系统的组建.测试结果表明,系统运行稳定、可靠,实现了远程可移动视频监控.

Cameras in a video monitoring system is generally fixed,so it′s likely to cause the dead zone. This phenomenon is particularly prominent in the remote teaching system. For this reason,a remote movable video monitoring system is designs in this paper. The system was designed based on network cameras and a movable platform. Taking LPC2103 as control chip and BTS7960B as driver chip,the movable platform is controlled by receiving the serial signal. The architecture,hardware and soft?ware of the system are introduced. The system was achieved. The test results show that the system is stable and reliable.
