The project that China Mobile Hechi G14.1 Huawei replaces the Ericsson Base Station engineering is introduced in this paper. The cause of GSM base station replacement is analyzed. The thought of the replacement is determined. In relative?ly poor radio environment in Guangxi,overall index and network quality of the network were guaranteed through meticulous net?work adjustment and optimization.
