When ionization vacuum gauge′s filament is heated by AC power supply,the sensitivity of ionization vacuum gauge to the utility power supply′s interference is described. According to phenomenon found in the ion flow measurement of ion?ization vacuum gauge,a method which completely divides the transformer′s primary and secondary coils into two separate line package is proposed. The vacuum measurement instrument manufacturers′ verification over the years proves that the method can weaken the interference from utility power supply.
