将传统矿工帽集成为井下个人安全的一个移动管理平台,可最大限度地保护矿工的安全.采用MTK6235手机平台实现了传统矿工帽具备瓦斯浓度、温湿度的实时监测与报警,并通过广角夜视摄像头和VOIP通信实现了对矿工井下作业的视频监测和对讲指挥功能.该系统可与井上综合信息应用管理系统轻松对接,实现了对矿工安全综合系统的智能化.

To integrate the information from traditional miners’caps underground on a mobile management platform can protect the miners at a maximum extent. The MTK6235 mobile phone platform was adopted to make the traditional miners’caps to have the functions of real?time monitoring and alarm on the gas concentration, temperature and humidity. Through the wide night vision camera and VOIP communication, the system achieved the functions of video monitoring a borehole operation of miners and intercommunication command. This system can be interfaced with the Information Application Management System easily. The intelligent management on miners’safety was realized.
