随着多媒体技术、网络技术的飞速发展,我国教育掀起了教育信息化的热潮,教学资源的建设已成为教育信息化的关键问题.本文在教育生态学理论的基础上,运用其基本原理分析教学资源库建设,提出教学资源库建设应遵循平衡、动态、可持续发展的规律,促进教学资源库建设的快速发展与创新应用及推进教育信息化的进程.

With the rapid development of multimedia and network technology, education in China has set off a boom of educational informatization. Teaching resources construction has become a key issue of educational informatization. This paper is based on the theory of educational ecology, puts forward the teaching resources construction balance, dynamic, and the countermeasures of sustainable development, and it’s to promote the rapid development of teaching database construction and innovation application, as well as to constantly improve the process of educational informatization.
