通过对师范院校学生党员作用发挥存在的问题及存在问题的原因分析,得出师范院校学生党员作用发挥的途径:一是根据学生党员所处的不同阶段,进行有重点有针对的思想教育,树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观;二是严抓党员发展、转正关,提高学生党员队伍的整体素质;三是加强学生党支部建设,拓展民主生活内涵,做好入党后续教育;四是搭建平台,提升学生党员的综合素质能力和社会服务能力
