在当今纷繁复杂的形势下,高校大学生入党动机呈现多元化趋势,在入党过程中面临各种机遇与挑战.为深入了解大学生的入党动机,笔者采取问卷调查和个别访谈的形式,以中国计量学院为样本,随机抽取各学院各年级同学进行调查并进行分析,提出学校应采取多种方式进行党建教育,学生应阅读有关书籍、参与社会实践加强对党的认识的建议.

College students are showing a diversified trend in their motivation to join the Party with the current complicated situation, thus facing all kinds of opportunities and challenges in the process of joining the Party. For in-depth understanding of the college students’motivation to join the Party, the author makes a survey on the students, who are randomly selected from different grades and colleges of China Jiliang University, in the form of questionnaire and individual interview. Based on the analysis of the survey data, this paper suggests that colleges should educate their students on Party construction in various ways, and that students should read related books to the Party or take part in social practice to enhance their cognition of the Party.
