加快城乡文化一体化发展是党的十七届六中全会所确定的发展战略,体现了我们党高度的文化自觉与文化自信.在推进城乡文化一体化建设的过程中,必须明确三个问题:一是如何区分“公共文化服务均等化”与“城乡文化一体化”问题;二是城乡文化一体化是一个过程;三是城乡文化一体化是一个系统.
加快城鄉文化一體化髮展是黨的十七屆六中全會所確定的髮展戰略,體現瞭我們黨高度的文化自覺與文化自信.在推進城鄉文化一體化建設的過程中,必鬚明確三箇問題:一是如何區分“公共文化服務均等化”與“城鄉文化一體化”問題;二是城鄉文化一體化是一箇過程;三是城鄉文化一體化是一箇繫統.

Speeding up the development of urban and rural cultural integration is the development strategy from the seventeen session of the six plenary session of the Party’s Central Committee,which embodies highly cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence of our Party. During the development of urban and rural cultural integration,three issues should be made clear: firstly,how to distinguish the issues of“The equalization of public cultural services”and“urban and rural cultural integration”;secondly,urban and rural cultural integration is a process;thirdly,urban and rural cultural integration is a system.
