After the analysis of technological process, some maintenance measures were put forward, such as adding off-plates, and so on, the perfect maintenance plan was formulated. After separating the reaction regeneration system from other systems, abnormal fluidized reasons of catalyst in regeneration system were found and solved successfully, and the separate maintenance of reaction regeneration system in catalytic cracking unit was completed.
