采用柠檬酸共浸渍法制备了负载量为0.3%(wt)的 Pt/TiO2和 Pt/Al2O3催化剂,研究了其对苯的催化氧化活性.研究表明:采用柠檬酸共浸法制备的催化剂与常规浸渍法制备的催化剂相比活性有了很大提高.当浸渍液中柠檬酸浓度为0.4 mol/L时制备的0.3%Pt/TiO2催化活性最高,在反应温度200℃,催化剂床层空速25000 h-1的条件下,反应气中非甲烷总烃去除率可达90%以上.

Pt/TiO2 and Pt/Al2O3 with 0.3%platinum loading were prepared by co-impregnation with citric acid. Their activity for catalytic oxidation of benzene-containing waste gas was tested. The result shows that catalytic performance can be increased by adding citric acid to the impregnation solution;The catalyst prepared by 0.4 mol/L citric acid concentration of impregnation solution has the highest activity;The removal rate of non-methane hydrocarbon can be above 90%under the conditions of 200 ℃ and 25 000 h-1.
