针对给粉机在运行过程中频繁掉闸的问题,通过对掉闸现象的记录、统计、分析,找出其掉闸的根本原因是煤质差,直接原因是变频器加速时间设置偏短;采用加强配煤管理和延长变频器加速时间的方法,提高了变频器的适应性,基本解决了给粉机频繁掉闸问题.
