目的探讨规范化治疗老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床效果.方法本次研究选择的对象共80例,均为该院2011年5月—2012年5月收治的老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭的患者,随机按观察组和对照组各40例划分,对照组采用常规救治方案,观察组加整规范化治疗,回顾相关资料.结果观察组心力衰竭缓解总有效率为85%,对照组为55%;观察组心功能恢复总有效率为80%,对照组为62.5%.观察组中医证候群总有效率为95%,对照组为67.5%.观察组各项情况均优于对照组(P <0.05).结论针对老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床特点,制定规范化治疗方案,在西医常规治疗的基础上,加用中医方案应用,可显著提高临床效果,促进心功能恢复,使患者心力衰竭症状得到有效缓解.

@@@@Objective To explore the standardized treatment of chronic heart failure clinical effects in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods This study selected a total of 80 cases in our hospital in 2011,are from May to 2012 May were elderly chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease patients,randomized to observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group division,the control group using conventional treatment,the observation group and the standardization of treatment,review the relevant information. Results In the observation group,heart failure remission of the total efficiency of 85%,55% in control group;the observation group heart function recovery in the total efficiency was 80%,62.5% in control group. The observation group of syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine group always businesslike for 95%,for control group 67.5%. The observation group was better than control group in each case(P < 0.05). Conclusion According to the clinical characteristics of elderly chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease,the development of standardized treatment regimens,the conventional treatment of Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis,application programs,can significantly improve the clinical effect,promote the recovery of cardiac function in patients with heart failure symptoms,to effectively relieve.
