目的?观察逆行LiSS钢板内固定配合护理干预在高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的作用.方法对63例股骨粗隆间骨折高龄患者进行了随机分组,实验组为逆行LiSS钢板内固定配合护理干预,对照组为逆行LiSS钢板内固定配合普通护理,观察两组患者的一般手术过程以及术后恢复情况.结果实验组患者的髋关节功能恢复以及骨不愈的发生率均明显优于对照组(P <0.05),实验组患者的住院时间、手术时间、术中出血等也较对照组有优势(P <0.05).结论对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者行逆行LiSS钢板内固定并配合护理干预,能够有效提高手术的成功率及疗效,值得临床推广.

@@@@Objective To observe the effects of retrograde LiSS plate internal fixation for elder patients with fracture of femurs haft. Methods 63 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group for retrograde LiSS plate internal fixation with the nursing intervention,the control group for the retrograde LiSS plate internal fixation with the ordinary nursing intervention,general surgical procedures as well as recovery after surgery in the two groups were observed. Results Hip functional recovery as well as the occurrence of bone unhealed Patients in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the patient’s hospital stay, operative time,blood loss in the experimental group were also better the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Retrograde LiSS plate internal fixation with the nursing intervention can effectively improve the success rate of surgery and efficacy,is worthy of clinical application.
