目的?观察硝苯地平联合维生素K 3治疗牙痛的临床疗效.方法?随机选取2011年1月—2012年1月期间该院收治的68例牙痛患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者主要给与肌肉注射维生素K 3+硝苯地平进行治疗,对照组患者给与吲哚美辛片+头孢氨苄胶囊进行治疗,比较两组患者患者治疗后总有效率.结果?观察组患者的总有效率为93.33%,对照组患者的总有效率为81.58%,观察组患者的疗效明显优于对照组患者疗效,两组患者比较具有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论?硝苯地平联合维生素K 3可有效治疗牙痛,见效迅速,且对高血压、心脏病患者起到双重疗效.

@@@@Objective observation of nifedipine combined with vitamin K3 for treatment of toothache clinical curative effect. Methods in 2011 January to2012 January randomly selected during the hospital treated 68 cases of patients with toothache as the object of study,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the patients in the observation group mainly given intramuscular injection of vitamin K3and nifedipine treatment,the control group patients give indometacin and head spore cephalexin capsules for treatment,compared two groups of patients with treatment of patients with after the total efficiency. Results The patients in the observation group always businesslike for 93.33% patients in the control group,the total efficiency of 81.58% for the patients in the observation group,the curative effect is obviously superior to the control group patients,two patients had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion nifedipine combined with vitamin K3 may be effective in the treatment of toothache,effective quickly,and on hypertension,heart disease patients to have double effect.
