目的?研究九味防瘟散的抑菌作用.方法?采用空气熏蒸法,研究九味防瘟散在不同温度和用量条件下对大肠埃希氏菌、绿脓假单胞菌、副伤寒沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用.结果?温度和用量对于药物的抑菌效果均有明显影响,温度升高、用量增大均增强抑菌作用.结论?在一定温度和用量条件下,九味防瘟散具有一定抑菌作用.

@@@@Objective To study on the bacteriostasis of Jiuwei Fangwen San. Methods a fumigation of Jiuwei Fangwen San was used to study the effect of temperature and dosage on bacteriostatic action against Escherichia Coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Salmonella Paratyphi. Results Both of temperature and dosage had significant effect on Bacteriostatic action of Jiuwei Fangwen San. With the increasing of temperature and dosage,bacteriostatic effect was enhanced. Conclusion in a certain temperature and the dosage,Jiuwei Fangwen San had clear bacteriostatic effect.
