目的探讨脑出血与血脂之间的关系.方法检验78例经头颅CT证实为脑出血患者的血脂指标,并与作为对照组的70例同期住院非卒中患者的血脂进行比较.结果脑出血组高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、载脂蛋白a1(apoa1)与对照组比较显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论血中HDL、apoa1降低可能增加脑出血发生的危险性.
목적탐토뇌출혈여혈지지간적관계.방법검험78례경두로CT증실위뇌출혈환자적혈지지표,병여작위대조조적70례동기주원비졸중환자적혈지진행비교.결과뇌출혈조고밀도지단백(HDL)、재지단백a1(apoa1)여대조조비교현저강저,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05).결론혈중HDL、apoa1강저가능증가뇌출혈발생적위험성.
@@@@Objective Explore the relationship between cerebral hemorrhage and blood lipids.Methods We collected the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(Tg),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL),apolipoproteina1(apoa1), apolipoprotein B(apoB)and lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)] in 78 patients with cerebral hemorrhage confirmed by CT and 70 controls.The information was compared and analyzed.Results The levels of HDL and apoa1 in cerebral hemorrhage group were significantly lower than those in controls(P<0.05). Conclusion Low HDL and apoa1 of plasma may enhance the risk of cerebral hemorrhage.
