目的?对择期以及自然两种临产方式对孕产妇分娩结局的影响进行分析和探讨.方法?采用回顾性的方法将2010年5月—2012年5月在本院进行足月妊娠(孕期37~41+6)的初产妇1324例作为研究对象,将其分为择期引产组662例和自然临产组662例作比较.结果?两组经过对比后,差异较大,均具有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论?经过两组的对比后,发现择期引产剖宫产率、阴道助产率、产后出血、胎儿窘迫发生率均有增高,新生儿4个月母乳喂养率低于自然分娩,剖宫产指征主要以胎儿窘迫、头盆不称活跃期停滞等因素为主.

@@@@Objective To the elective and natural two parturient on delivery outcome analysis and discussion. Methods The retrospective method form 2010 May to 2012 May in our hospital were full-term pregnancy(pregnancy 37~41+6)of 1324 primipara as the research object,which can be divided into elective induction of labor group 662 cases and the spontaneous labor group 662 cases for comparison. Results The two groups compared,difference is bigger,were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion after two groups of contrast,elective induction of labor that cesarean section,vaginal delivery rate,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress was significantly increased,in 4 months of breast-feeding rate is lower than the natural childbirth,cesarean section indications to fetal distress,cephalopelvic disproportion active period of stagnation and other factors.
