It is the objective requirement of ensuring the efficiency of medical insurance fund to improve the performance assessment score of medical insurance and establish the evaluation system. After studying related foreign experience and combining them with current situation of our nation, I suppose that the performance assessment of medical insurance fund administration can be carried out with key performance indicator. Thus, the organization structure of performance assessment, core data sheet and supervision mechanism for performance assessment should be established.
