目的:观察瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗高血压伴阵发性心房颤动的临床疗效.方法:选取本院2008年5月-2011年5月收治的95例高血压伴阵发性心房颤动患者作为研究对象,均给予瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗,连续治疗6个月后观察治疗效果.结果:(1)治疗6个月后,本组95例患者显效47例,有效34例,无效14例,总有效率为85.3%.(2)本组患者治疗前后心率、左房内径改变均不明显(P>0.05),但收缩压、舒张压较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.(3)本组患者未见明显不良反应.结论:瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗高血压伴阵发性心房颤动可有效降低心房颤动发生率,且安全性高,值得推广应用.

@@@@Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Rosuvastatin statins combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of hypertension with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Method:Our hospital from May 2008 to May 2011,95 patients were treated hypertension patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation as an object of study,were given rosuvastatin statins combined with trimetazidine treatment,continuous treatment for 6 months observed after treatment effect.Result:(1)After 6 months of treatment,the group of 95 patients,47 cases markedly effective in 34 cases,14 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate of 85.3%.(2)Heart rate,left atrial diameter changes in this group of patients before and after treatment was not significantly(P>0.05), but systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure than before treatment(P<0.05),a statistically significant improvement.(3)The group of patients with no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion:Rosuvastatin the Ting joint qumei-treatment of hypertension with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation can effectively reduce the incidence of atrial fibrillation,and high safety,should be widely applied.
