目的:探讨尿激酶联合序贯抗凝治疗次大面积肺栓塞疗效情况.方法:分析安贞医院收治的次大面积肺栓塞患者60例临床资料,依据治疗方式不同进行分组,对照组(常规治疗组)30例和观察组(尿激酶联合序贯抗凝治疗组)30例.结果:观察组次大面积肺栓塞患者呼吸频率、心率、PaO2、PaCO2均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:尿激酶联合序贯抗凝治疗次大面积肺栓塞患者临床症状改善明显,效果良好,值得临床推广应用.
목적:탐토뇨격매연합서관항응치료차대면적폐전새료효정황.방법:분석안정의원수치적차대면적폐전새환자60례림상자료,의거치료방식불동진행분조,대조조(상규치료조)30례화관찰조(뇨격매연합서관항응치료조)30례.결과:관찰조차대면적폐전새환자호흡빈솔、심솔、PaO2、PaCO2균우우대조조(P<0.05).결론:뇨격매연합서관항응치료차대면적폐전새환자림상증상개선명현,효과량호,치득림상추엄응용.
@@@@Objective:To approach curative effect of large area pulmonary embolism by urokinase combined with sequential anti-coagulation treatment. Method:To analyze 60 cases clnical data of large area pulmonary embolism by urokinase combined with sequential anti-coagulation treatment in our hospital,which was to be divided into control group(conventional treatment group)30 cases and detection group(Urokinase combined with sequential anti-coagulation therapy group)30 cases. Result:The Respiratory rate,heart rate,PaO2,PaCO2 of detection group were better than control group,P<0.05,the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion:The clinlcal symptom of large area pulmonary embolism by urokinase combined with sequential anti-coagulation treatment were obviously,result was good,which was to be used.
