建立了微波萃取-气相色谱法(G C-EC D)测定纸质包装材料中五氯苯酚含量的方法.以正己烷-丙酮混合物为萃取溶剂,考察了微波萃取温度与时间对萃取效果的影响,选择了最佳的微波萃取条件.萃取液经浓缩、净化、乙酸酐衍生后以气相色谱法测定.结果表明:该方法的检出限为0.025 m g/kg,样品的加标回收率在86.4%~98.8%之间,相对标准偏差小于4.8%.该方法具有快速、方便、灵敏度高等优点,适用于纸质包装材料中中五氯苯酚含量的快速测定.

A method was developed for the determination of pentachlorophenol(PCP) in paper packaging materials by microwave extraction combined with gas chromatography-electron capture detector (GC-ECD). Extraction solvent is hexane-acetone mixed solvents, the condition of microwave extraction temperature and time were optimized. The extract was concentrated, purified, acetic anhydride derivatives, and analyzed by GC-ECD. The results show that detection limit is 0.025 mg/kg, the recoveries are at the range of 86.4%~98.8% with relative standard deviation(RSD) below 4.8%. The method, having the advantages of rapid, simple, and accurate, can be used for the test of pentachlorophenol in paper wrapping materials.
