生物胶乳是一种以生物基材料为基础的涂布胶黏剂,以其低成本、可再生、环保、可部分替代石油基胶乳产品应用于造纸涂布中等优势,成为新型涂布胶黏剂的开发热点.本文主要研究了YG-302生物胶乳部分替代丁苯胶乳在高固含量轻量涂布纸中的应用性能,涂布后纸张的性能均与未替代的样品相当,且纸张光泽度有一定程度的改善.

Bio-latex, a coating adhesives based on bio-material has been applied to paper coating, because of low cost, reproductive, en-vironment friendly and partially substitution of the latexes based on petroleum, has become the keypoint of new kinds of coating adhesives. In this paper, the applying performance of YG 302 bio-latex partially substituted for styrene-butadiene latex in high solid content light coat-ing, was studied, with which the properties of coated paper are all corresponding to original products, while the glossiness is improved to some extent.
