对尾巨桉进行不同程度脱木素处理,然后对不同木素含量的尾巨桉进行组分、聚合度和FT-IR分析,研究木素去除程度和纤维素降解之间的关系以及处理过程中纤维内各组分化学结构的变化.结果表明:纤维素聚合度随木素含量的减少不断降低,在处理2~3h时间内,木素含量下降最快,纤维素降解也最为严重;脱木素过程中糖类大分子结构逐步裸露出来,并出现了较多的游离羟基、糖醛酸小分子和COO-末端基.

In this paper, Eucalyptus urograndis fibers were treated with delignification in different extent, then the chemical structure components of Eucalyptus urograndis fibers contained different lignin content were analyzed, DP of cellulose were researched, and results were characterized by FT-IR, in order to find out the relationship between the delignification extent and cellulose degradation and the rule of its structure changes during delignification process. The results show that DP of cellulose reduced along with reduction of lignin, and the fastest rate of delignification and`the maximum degradation happened in the process within 2~3 h. According to the FT-IR, carbohydrate structure gradually exposed and more hydroxyl group, uronic acids and COO- end group emerged in the whole process.
