研究了纤维改性酶在生产高档文化纸针叶木浆磨浆过程中的实际应用.通过纤维改性酶处理后,针叶木浆磨浆能耗明显下降,平均节约电耗76kWh/t浆.通过FQA分析发现,纤维改性酶处理后针叶木浆成浆纤维平均长度、宽度均减小,细小纤维的含量降低,纤维束的数量也有所减少,纤维卷曲度、扭结度降低;成纸匀度明显改善,抗张、挺度、撕裂度等强度指标有所提高.

The application of fiber modification enzymes in the refining of softwood pulps in production of high-grade fine paper was investigated in this paper. Through enzymes’ treatment, the refining energy consumption decreased significantly by 76 kWh per ton of pulp. The FQA analysis show that after enzymes’ treatment, fiber length and width are reduced, the content of fine fibers is decreased, the number of fiber bundle is also reduced and fiber curl, kink decrease. Application performance demonstrates paper formation is improved obviously, tension, stiffness and tearing strength increase simultaneously.
