利用镗刀旋转中心移动法,在镗刀长度不变的情况下,其旋转中心能沿一定轨迹移动,相当于镗刀的长度能根据椭圆形状自动地、连续伸缩,较好地解决了椭圆形活塞销孔加工设备中径向进刀的难题.同时对移动轨迹进行量化分析研究,确定轨迹参数,将轨迹参数输入控制系统,使径向进刀机构能够按照预定的要求移动,最终镗削出高精度的椭圆形销孔,较好地解决了椭圆形销孔专用镗削设备的精度低问题.
利用鏜刀鏇轉中心移動法,在鏜刀長度不變的情況下,其鏇轉中心能沿一定軌跡移動,相噹于鏜刀的長度能根據橢圓形狀自動地、連續伸縮,較好地解決瞭橢圓形活塞銷孔加工設備中徑嚮進刀的難題.同時對移動軌跡進行量化分析研究,確定軌跡參數,將軌跡參數輸入控製繫統,使徑嚮進刀機構能夠按照預定的要求移動,最終鏜削齣高精度的橢圓形銷孔,較好地解決瞭橢圓形銷孔專用鏜削設備的精度低問題.

@@@@The research used boring cutter rotation center moving method in the case of the same length of the boring tool. It shows the center of rotation can move along a certain path, which equals to the length of the boring tool can expand according to the oval shape automatically and continuously, solving the oval piston pin hole problem of radial feed processing equipment well. At the same time the mobile trajectory were studied quantitative analysis, the trajectory parameter inputted control system was determined, as well. Therefore, the radial feed mechanism could be moved according to predetermined requirements And the high precision oval pin hole was boringed finally, which solved the low precision problem of elliptic pin hole special boring equipment.
