@@@@From the standpoints of new public management theory and principal-agent theory, this article focuses on the founda-tion of performance evaluation analysis system, called four-in-one, which refer to college's obligation, students' obligation, enterprise's obligation and social organization's obligation and forms performance evaluation index system containing 36 specific index classified 3 levels and 5 types. Meanwhile, it is of practical value for monitoring off-campus practice base and improving the quality of combin-ing learning with working in higher vocational college.
