为了确定直接蒸发冷却器的某种填料的冷却效率,根据正交试验、建立正交表对填料的性能进行正交分析.主要包括3种影响填料性能的因素:室外湿球温度、迎面风速和水气比;每个因素都在4个水平下对其进行测试;最后根据所选用的正交表对其进行分析.得出这3种因素对冷却效率和过流阻力的影响程度不同;且在室外湿球温度为23℃、迎面风速为3 m/s和水气比是0.3时,本次试验所采用的纸质填料的冷却效率最高.

In order to know the cooling efficiency of the packing in the direct evaporative cooler, the performance of packing was analyzed by orthogonal experiment and orthogonal table. There were three main factors affecting packing performance, including outdoor wet bulb temperature, wind speed and water-vapor ratio. Each of the factor was tested in four levels, and is analyzed according to the selected orthogonal analysis. The results show that the three factors has different influence on cooling efficiency and over-current resistance; the cooling efficiency of the packing was the highest when outdoor wet bulb temperature was 23℃, wind speed was 3 m/s and water-vapor ratio was 0.3.
