目的:分析子宫B-Lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的临床疗效及应用价值.方法:选择2010年1月-2011年12月在北京市大兴区人民医院剖宫产分娩的产妇,研究组35例均剖宫产产后出血行子宫B-Lynch缝合术治疗,随机选择36例剖宫产产后出血予保守治疗方法止血的患者作为对照组,在产后出血量、临床疗效、术后恢复及花费方面进行对比,观察其疗效及优势.结果:研究组治疗后临床效果显著,其术后24 h内出血量与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),无术后并发症发生,总平均住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:B-Lynch缝合术具有操作简单、止血迅速可靠、费用低及保留子宫等诸多优点,尽早应用可避免增加输血、感染机会以及失血性休克、DIC的发生,是治疗剖宫产产后出血快速有效的外科止血方法,值得临床推广使用.

@@@@Objective:To study the clinical effect and application value in treating postpartum hemorrhage in pregnancy by uterine B-Lynch.Methods:Using B-Lynch suture surgical treatment in 35 cases of cesarean section intraoperative postpartum hemorrhage.A random select of 36 cases of conservative haemostatic treatment served as a reference.The bleeding quantity,clinical effect and after-operation recovery and cost were conducted to observe its treatment effect and advantages.Results:The 35 patients in experiment group all showed better effective clinical treatment,whose after-operation bleeding quantity within 24 hours showed statistical significance compared with the reference group(P<0.05),there was without complications occurred in experiment group.Furthermore,the hospitalization expenses were comparatively lower than the reference group.Conclusion:B-Lynch suture technique has many advantages such as simple operation,being rapidly haemostatic,lower expenses and uterus preservation,timely application of which can avoid blood transfusion,infection and uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock,as well as the occurrence of DIC.It is an effective surgical homeostasis method in treating postpartum hemorrhage and thus worthwhile in extending to clinical practice.
