目的:研究多种MRI检查技术在胰腺癌临床诊断中的应用价值.方法:选取96例经笔者所在医院手术病理及临床验证的胰腺癌患者,全部患者均在笔者所在医院接受常规胰腺序列扫描、磁共振胰胆管造影(MRCP)、Gd-DTPA动态增强扫描,对比不同MRI检查结果与确诊结果间的差异情况.结果:MRI常规序列及MRCP检查结果与确诊结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Gd-DTPA及多种MRI技术联合检查与确诊结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:多种MRI检查技术的联合应用可明显提高临床诊断的准确率,特别是能够显著提高胰腺小肿瘤的检出率,为胰腺癌的早期诊断与尽早治疗提供了准确的科学依据.

@@@@Objective:To study the application value of multiple MRI examination techniques in the clinical diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.Methods:96 cases of patients with pancreatic cancer confirmed by hospital surgical pathology and clinical validation were selected,all patients were in the hospital to accept conventional the pancreas sequence scan,magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP),Gd-DTPA dynamic enhanced scan,the differences between the different MRI results and confirmed the results of the case were compared.Results:The conventional MRI sequences and MRCP examination results and the confirmed results was with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The joint inspection results of Gd-DTPA and a variety of MRI technology and the confirmed results showed no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The joint application of MRI examination technology can significantly improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,in particular can significantly improve the detection rate of small pancreatic tumors,provide accurate scientific basis for early diagnosis and early treatment of pancreatic cancer.
