褐化是芦荟组织培养中的普遍现象,严重影响组织培养的效果.以库拉索芦荟的茎段和叶片为外植体,研究了5种防褐剂活性炭、硝酸银、维生素 C、L-谷氨酰胺和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮对愈伤组织诱导中褐化现象的抑制作用.结果表明,5种防褐剂都具有抑制外植体褐化的作用,其中15mg/L的AgNO3是最合适的防褐剂,其外植体褐化程度最轻,愈伤组织诱导率较高且愈伤组织生长良好.
褐化是蘆薈組織培養中的普遍現象,嚴重影響組織培養的效果.以庫拉索蘆薈的莖段和葉片為外植體,研究瞭5種防褐劑活性炭、硝痠銀、維生素 C、L-穀氨酰胺和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮對愈傷組織誘導中褐化現象的抑製作用.結果錶明,5種防褐劑都具有抑製外植體褐化的作用,其中15mg/L的AgNO3是最閤適的防褐劑,其外植體褐化程度最輕,愈傷組織誘導率較高且愈傷組織生長良好.

@@@@Browning is an common phenomenon in tissue culture of Aloe which affect the success. Five antibrown?ing agents such as activated carbon,AgNO3,Vc,L-Gln and PVP were used to study their effects on browning con?trol in tissue culture of Aloe barbadensis with stem and leaf explants. Results showed that all of the antibrown?ing agents could inhibit browning and AgNO3 was the best antioxidant which has the lowest browning and high callus induction rate.
