旅游消费者的求偿权是旅游消费者其他权利受损时享有的权利,旅游消费者权益保护的关键在于旅游消费者的求偿权的实现,但现实中旅游消费者求偿权的实现存在种种障碍.对损害旅游消费者求偿权实现难的原因进行分析,寻求完善旅游消费者求偿权法律保护的相应对策,以便使旅游消费者的求偿权得以顺利实现已是当务之急.

The right of claim is that tourism consumers enjoy when their other rights are prejudiced.Realizing the right of claim is the key to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of tourism consumers, while in the reality there are a lot of different factors that obstruct the realization of the right of claim. The author analyzed various factors that prejudice the right of claim and proposed countermeasures that can improve the legal protection of the right of claim in this thesis in order to make the right of claim implement smoothly.
