随着全球一体化和我国现代化建设进程的加快,人际间、群体间、国家间的交往日益频繁,尤其是国际间经济合作与往来呈增长的趋势,国际间的沟通,特别是国际间的商务谈判越来越受到商务人士的关注,同时,也成为商务沟通和最终成交的关键一环.受不同文化的影响,商务谈判风格差异很大.在国际商务谈判中,针对不同国家的客户或合作伙伴,了解其相关的文化背景和中西方文化差异,对于良好合作至关重要.从价值观和道德观、思维方式、社交礼仪以及人际关系等方面对文化差异在商务沟通中的影响进行探讨,分析文化差异在商务沟通中造成的障碍,提出改善跨文化沟通效果的措施.

With the acceleration of globalization and China’s modernization, international trade and exchanges between persons, groups and countries have become a hot spot of the world economic trade cooperation and investment. In this large-scaled transnational economic activity, the role of international business negotiation has become increasingly evident. The style of business negotiation varies a lot under the influence of different cultures. During the international business negotiation, it is very important for the business partners who are from different cultures to deal with the cultural differences correctly and it is crucial to improve the negotiation efficiency. Moreover, we also analysis the obstacles caused by cultural differences in business communication and propose measures to improve the effect of cross-cultural communication.
