非公企业团组织建设是近年来共青团工作的重点之一,通过问卷调查,了解当前北京市非公企业团组织建设现状、服务青年和企业发展的实际情况,分析当前非公企业团组织建设与发展中面临的挑战,提出相关对策建议,为进一步推动非公企业团组织建设、使团组织更地发挥团结青年、服务青年、服务企业的积极作用,提供一定的参考和借鉴.

The CYL (Communist Youth League) construction in Beijing Non-Public enterprises is one of the most important works of CYL in recent years. In this paper, questionnaire is used to understand the current status of the CYL construction and its service provided for the youth and the development of enterprises. The paper also analyzes the challenges facing CYL construction and raise some relative suggestions. In order to further promote the CYL construction which will do better for uniting the youth, serving the youth and the enterprises, the paper offers some references.
