The development of systemic energy conservation theory for the enterprise was introduced. Based on the theoretical model of enterprise energy analysis, the software, applying with VB language, of energy management analysis system for the iron and steel enterprise was developed. Taking calculation of the process energy consumption of per ton steel in an enterprise as an example, the rationality of the software was validated. The enterprise’s energy saving potential and development directions were indicated.
