气体发生器是汽车安全气囊系统中产生气体的部件.本文研究了电爆管输出压力和点火药性能对高压力气体发生器低温点火性能的影响.结果表明,电爆管和点火药是影响高压力气体发生器的主要因素,选用能量适中的电爆管和带有热粒子的点火药可以有效控制高压力气体发生器低温点火的稳定性.

Gas generator is the component to produce gas in automobile safety airbag system. In this paper, the influence of electric detonator output pressure and amorce performance on the low temperature ignition performance of high pressure gas generators was investigated. Results show that, both electric detonator and amorce performance are key factors influencing on high pressure gas generator; And appropriate electric detonator and amorce with hot particles can be effective to control the stability of the low temperature ignition performance of high pressure gas generators.
