顶盖是水轮机的重要部件,其性能决定机组能否安全稳定运行.本文利用ANSYS软件,分别建立了某电站水轮机顶盖结构设计原始方案和改进方案的有限元模型,并施加合理的边界条件和载荷.对两种方案的刚强度和动态特性进行了有限元对比分析.结果表明:顶盖原始方案应力水平偏高、不满足许用要求,而改进方案应力水平较好、满足许用要求;原始方案动态特性较差、会引起共振,而改进方案动态特性较好,可避免发生共振.

@@@@Head cover is one of the important components of hydro turbine, and its characteristics seriously influence the safe and stable operation of units. Original scheme and improved scheme of head cover of hydro turbine are involved in this paper. By using ANSYS software, finite element models of the two schemes are established respectively, and proper boundary conditions and loads are applied to models. Then, the stiffness and strength characteristics of the two schemes are analyzed and compared by using finite element method. Results show that the stress of original scheme is higher than the allowable requirements, while the stress of improved scheme is lower than the allowable requirements. The dynamic characteristic of original scheme is poor and will cause resonance, while the dynamic characteristic of improved scheme is good enough and will avoid resonance.
