A tilt measuring instrument consists of MEMS tilt sensors and microcontrollers, and it has many advantages as follows: small volume, easy to carry, high precision, strong anti-jamming capability and wide range. By the software linearization, coupled with the unique function of zero resetting, the tilt measuring instruments can be widely used in the engineering measurement field. In order to analyze and process the data, we develop the upper computer software, which can work on real-time graphics and tracking.
