本文研究了一种PXI总线的数字电路板板级自动测试系统,该方法针对传统的测试方法速度低的问题,提出了应用速度高达132Mbyte/s的PXI总线进行通讯的测试方案;针对传统的测试方法可靠性、可维护性的问题,提出了应用NI高速稳定的板卡的测试方案.文章首先说明自动测试系统架构、组成及原理,在此基础上根据实际项目的要求,针对系统的硬件设计、通用测试接口、软件开发等方面进行具体阐述.

This paper studied a testing system which based on PXI bus. Based on the problem that traditional testing method is not reliable and maintainable, a new testing scheme of using the rapid and steady board is presented. Based on the problem that the traditional testing method is bad in durability and visibility, a testing method of using the DAQ cards of NI is presented. The automatic test system architecture, composition and principle are analyzed.And on this basis,according to the system hardware design and universal test interface,integrated software development and other areas were illustrated and explained in details,based on the actual project design demand.
