国内火力发电厂煤粉锅炉的燃烧调整,绝大部分采用调整一、二次风静压的方法来实现,但是传统的静压测量方法,不能正常反映一、二次风道内的配风情况,这是由于各风道的长短、弯头的多少、风门的开度、煤粉的浓度等各不相同,虽然测得的静压相差不大,然而进入炉膛参加燃烧的一、二次风量却相差甚多.虽然部分厂家安装了一次风速测量装置,但是由于耐磨和防堵性能不好,运行过程中起不到准确监测作用.
