A major breakthrough in information technology, cloud computing is gaining increasing momentum in its development, representing the mainstream of IT. The security issues brought around by cloud computing cannot afford to be overlooked in spite of its tremendous efficiency. Statistics from a survey conducted by IDC indicates that the greatest challenge facing cloud computing is its security problems, a biggest concern of its users. The paper intends to explore cloud computing and analyze its security technologies, At last, the development trend of cloud computing security is outlined.
