本文以辽河LY表面活性剂为主表面活性剂,以大庆炼化HLX和滨州慧源HY为副表面活性剂,针对表面活性剂复配技术,对复配体系进行粘弹性和界面张力的评价,在人造非均质岩心上进行物理模拟驱油实验,从各种复配体系中选出最佳的体系应用于现场实验.结果表明:表面活性剂的类型和复配比例对二元体系粘弹性的影响不大,各种复配比例的界面张力稳定性要比单独主表面活性剂好很多,在驱油效果评价上,复配体系的化学驱采收率比单独主表面活性剂提高了5%以上,由此可以筛选出最佳的复配体系应用于现场实验中,不仅可以有效的降低表面活性剂成本,而且还能增加相对效益.

In this study, Liaohe LY is a main surfactant and Daqing Lianhua HLX and Huiyuan Binzhou HY are assistant surfactants. Using surfactant combination technology, the viscoelasticity and surface tension of combination system was evaluated and flood experiments were implemented with heterogeneous artificial cores. The optimal system was then selected among various combination systems as the one to be applied in the field test.Results show that,types of surfactant and combination proportions have a little influence on the viscoelasticity of binary system and the surface tension stability of various combination proportions is much better than that of main surfactant proportion alone; from the perspective of flood effect evaluation, the chemical flood recovery efficiency of combination proportions is increased by over 5 percent compared to that of main surfactant alone. Thus, the optimal combination system can be selected as the one to be used in the field test. The selected combination system can not only reduce cost effectively but also increase relative benefit.
