以玉溪市为研究区域,构建了土地利用社会经济效益和生态环境效益耦合协调度的指标体系,利用耦合协调度模型对2004~2009年玉溪市土地利用效益进行了实证研究,结果表明,玉溪市土地利用社会经济效益与生态环境效益的耦合度由2004年轻度失调状态(0.366)发展2009年的优质协调(0.913),但在2005年其耦合协调度有所减少,2006至2008年耦合协调度稳步上升.但相对来讲,玉溪市土地利用的社会经济效益水平高于生态环境效益水平.因此,玉溪市应在发展经济的同时,提高土地利用的生态环境效益,促使玉溪市土地利用效益的稳步上升并保持优质协调度.
以玉溪市為研究區域,構建瞭土地利用社會經濟效益和生態環境效益耦閤協調度的指標體繫,利用耦閤協調度模型對2004~2009年玉溪市土地利用效益進行瞭實證研究,結果錶明,玉溪市土地利用社會經濟效益與生態環境效益的耦閤度由2004年輕度失調狀態(0.366)髮展2009年的優質協調(0.913),但在2005年其耦閤協調度有所減少,2006至2008年耦閤協調度穩步上升.但相對來講,玉溪市土地利用的社會經濟效益水平高于生態環境效益水平.因此,玉溪市應在髮展經濟的同時,提高土地利用的生態環境效益,促使玉溪市土地利用效益的穩步上升併保持優質協調度.

Yuxi is a city of Yunnan province. A coupling model between land use benefits was set up to evaluate the coupling degree of land utilization benefits in Yuxi city according to the method of general system science. A comprehensive evaluation index system of land utilization benefits was built, which was determined by the reference, experts consultation and the current situation of Yuxi. The conclusion is that the coupling degree of land utilization benefits in Yuxi is gradually rising from 2004 (0.366)to 2009(0.913), but in the whole, the land use benefit of society and economy is higher than the benefit of the environment and ecology. Therefore, while the development of economy; it should improve the land use benefit of ecology and environment, the land utilization benefits steadily raised and high quality coupling degree in Yuxi city.
