根据南海某采油平台导管架用牺牲阳极技术规范书对阳极性能的要求,选取并制备了9种成分的阳极进行了电化学性能试验,筛选出了成分和电化学性能均满足设计要求的成分配方.并对筛选出的样品进行进一步的宏观和微观腐蚀形貌分析,对蚀坑处进行了能谱分析,讨论了相关合金元素的作用机理.
根據南海某採油平檯導管架用犧牲暘極技術規範書對暘極性能的要求,選取併製備瞭9種成分的暘極進行瞭電化學性能試驗,篩選齣瞭成分和電化學性能均滿足設計要求的成分配方.併對篩選齣的樣品進行進一步的宏觀和微觀腐蝕形貌分析,對蝕坑處進行瞭能譜分析,討論瞭相關閤金元素的作用機理.

@@@@9 kinds of different composition of sacrificial anodes were selected to test the electrochemical capacity according to the request of CP technical regulation for some jacket, then some kinds of chemical composition are screened out finally. Further macroscopic and microscopic morphology analysis and EDS analysis on etch-pit was executed, the mechanism of the relevant alloy element was discussed in this article.
