近些年来,我军营房建设发展很快,营区面貌变化很大,营房保障能力明显提高,但是营房建设中新能源技术的应用不足,集约化保障水平不高,迫切需要适应营房建设创新发展的新形势.按照全面建设现代营房的要求,强化科学管理,应用新能源技术,节约能源资源,建设现代营房.本文通过四个方面介绍在现代营房建设中如何应用新能源技术,充分发挥新能源技术的优势,为建设现代营房做贡献.
