本文利用2000—2010年全国6个代表性城市的相关数据,通过建立面板数据模型,对金融支持和产业集群间的长期均衡关系进行了实证分析.结果表明:1、金融相关比率对于集群发展的作用大于投资转化比率.2、六个地区的金融支持与集群发展关系表现出了一定的差异性,其中北京、苏州集群发展受金融支持变量的影响很显著;长沙、西安的集群发展与金融相关比率关系显著,但与投资转化比率的相关性为负;重庆、武汉的集群发展与金融支持变量的相关性虽为正,但效果不明显.最后根据以上的区域性差异特征,提出了相关的政策建议.

Using national six representative cities' relevant data from 2000 to 2010, the long-run equilibrium relationship between financial support and industry cluster was carried out empirical analysis through the establishment of panel data model. The results showed that: 1, financial interrelations ratio is greater than the investment conversion ratio for the role of cluster development. 2, the relationship between financial support and cluster development in six areas shows some differences, and cluster development in Beijing and Suzhou affected by the financial support variable is very significant; the relationship between the cluster development in Changsha, Xi'an and financial interrelations ratio is significant, but it is negative with investment conversion ratio; although the correlation between cluster development in Chongqing and Wuhan and financial support variable is positive, the effect is not obvious. Finally, according to the above regional differences characteristics, relevant policy recommendations were proposed.
